4. All visual, audio, and video material is available for personal, noncommercial use by visitors and subscribers to PinupFiles.Com. Commercial use of of any material is strictly prohibited. Photos, videos, and all multi-media from PinupFiles.Com are licensed for personal use only and are not to be reproduced in any way, either personal or commercial.

5. You may establish a link to this site or use the material of PinupFiles.Com only after obtaining written permission from P.F.C. Media, Inc..

6. All communication on the site, including chat and e-mail is not private. All messages transmitted can be viewed by the general public. PinupFiles.Com prohibits any unlawful material to be posted on this site. You agree to not post such material and PinupFiles.Com reserves the right to monitor and delete any material that may get posted on the site.

PRIVACY:

7. PinupFiles.Com privacy policy is that it will not sell or give out any personal information of its members. We will only collect information necessary to process your credit card information. PinupFiles.Com has taken precautions in keeping your personal information private through our billing company, Netbilling. Netbilling provides you a secure web page through which to submit your billing information when you join PinupFiles.Com.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

8. You will remain a member of this site until you cancel your subscription by submitting e-mail to: webmaster@pinupfiles.com or by clicking cancel and following the steps. You further understand and agree that all cancellation requests must be received by PinupFiles.Com/ P.F.C. Media, Inc. at least 24 hours prior to the end of current membership period to avoid rebilling and that all cancellations cannot be accepted until at least 24 hours after the initial signup to allow for proper processing of the subscription and activation of the account. You realize and agree that all refunds for PinupFiles.Com are handled on an individual case-by-case basis and any credit card disputes made against these charges which you are agreeing to will result in your account with PinupFiles.Com / P.F.C. Media, Inc. being sent to a collections agency where you will be liable for no less than double the amount of the original charge and unpaid charges will remain on your credit report for no less than 7 years. All fraudulent charges are reported to local authorities as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) on a monthly basis.

CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS:

9. In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257). All models photographed and videographed and located within this website, PinupFiles.Com, were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. The persons depicted in this website were ALL OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE at the time of the photography/videography. The content contained herein is inappropriate for minors and care should be taken to ensure that it is not viewed by anyone under 18 years of age.

Each photograph and video appearing in this website is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 for at least one or more of the following reasons:

A) The photograph or video clip DOES NOT contain a visual depiction of sexually explicit content, nor simulated sexual contact.

B) The photograph or video was created before July 3rd, 1995.

C) The photograph or video was created was made before July 27, 2006 and DOES NOT contain a visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, and DOES NOT contain a visual depiction of lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a person.

PinupFiles.Com hereby certifies to all commercial purchasers that the aforesaid materials are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

10. You may cancel at any time 24 hours after your initial membership signup.

11. PinupFiles.Com prohibits the use of download accelerator software or automatic download software and institutes a limit of 6GB of downloads per 24 hours.
